A passion for excellence, intricate craftsmanship and outstanding design come naturally to third generation builder Dean Behrend. Behrend Luxury Homes is built proudly upon Behrend's lifetime of experience, including working with his father on classic construction in Boston's historic Back Bay and Beacon Hill and carefully crafting custom plaster trims with his grandfather. The great exposure to artistic creativity and design Behrend had during his youth inspires his passionate approach to each project, whether it be remodeling or building anew.

Specialization in every construction element is paramount in Behrend's work. His extensive experience allows him to practice his mastery of landscaping, stonework and one of a kind finish trim work. Having studied, remodeled and built residences of varying periods, from traditional colonial to shingle style, Behrend creates homes that not only are period correct in their design, but also boast seamlessly flowing floor plans.

Mr. Behrend a licensed Commercial and Residential Builder and remodeler has over 25 years of experience as a building contractor for residential projects including single family homes and commercial property. He is involved from the design concept, to home completion.
